We do not accept returns for:

1. Products produced as custom ordered.
2. Free or promotional items.
3. Customized Bulk orders.

We will accept limited returns for:

1. Items with manufacturer damage or defects.
2. Items damaged in shipment.

Changes:

Changes to orders must be made by 11:59 pm the same day an order is placed. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday can be changed or cancelled up until 9:00 am the following business day by by email: luxuryshavelounge@gmail.com . Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
